1. SHAVE OFF YOUR HAIR
Shave the hair on the concerned area. Use shaving cream to avoid skin irritation and shave following hair growth. Make sure the skin is clean and dry before the session.

2. TURN ON YOUR DEVICE
Turn on the device by long pressing the power button. Press the power button again to choose the intensity level you want. 

3. FLASH FLASH FLASH
Press the flash button and start the session. Move from one area to the next until the area is completed. For the best result, do the whole area for 2-3 ROUNDS.

4. SOOTHE YOUR SKIN
You can use aloe vera gel after the session to soothe the area. For underarm, you can use either aloe vera gel or creams. WARNING: Make sure to avoid any tap water and deodorant or any body skincare after the session for at least 6 hours to avoid irritation.

Our handsets have 3 modes you can use it on. Manual mode, where the handset will flash as you press the trigger button. Glide mode where it will flash, once the handset is ready, as you hold the trigger button down continuously. Auto mode, where the handset will flash on its own (when ready), without you pressing any buttons at all.

We recommend using your handset twice or thrice on a first week. After this period use your handset once a month, for 3 months or until satisfied. To maintain hairless smooth skin, use your handset once every 1 to 2 months, or as needed.

When using the handset as recommended, side effects are rare. Redness and swelling is the most common side effect from IPL, which will quickly subside after treatment just put aloe vera gel to the area which you have any discomfort.

You should not IPL over tattoos and moles. The light energy will be more attracted to the pigments in the skin, rather than the melanin in the hair which can cause a reaction in the skin and blister. You should always go around your tattoos and moles.
